The OIEP Video
Teleconferencing Center (VTC) operates on a normal business schedule
of 7:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday.
With the above schedule
noted, we understand that many events occur outside of normal
business hours and we are more than happy and able to accommodate
such events. As such, our schedule is adjustable to the exact days /
times of your event. Additionally, our center can be open on
Saturday / Sunday (or both) and personnel (required) will be
available to support your event until 12:00pm if necessary.
No matter what day of
the week or hour of the day your event may be taking place on, we
are more than able to accommodate your needs. If your event
does fall out of the scope of our normal business hours, contact us
today and tell us what you want to do so that we can line up the
necessary personnel to support your event.
